Jah Bunny Wailer è
stato il fondatore, insieme a Bob Marley e Peter Tosh dei mitici
Wailers. Dopo il periodo di registrazioni per Studio One, Lee Perry
e gli album per la Island "Burnin'" e "Catch a fire", Bunny Wailer
lascia il gruppo per intraprendere una fortunata carriera solista.
Questa compilation raccoglie alcune delle migliori tracce registrate
tra la fine degli anni'70 e l'inizio degli anni '90 per l'etichetta
Shanachie, tutto materiale fuori catalogo ed introvabile ormai da
parecchi anni. Da "Cool Runnings" a "Love fire" passando per classici
come "Redemption song" e "Soul rebel" questa raccolta è la
prima di una sere che la RAS dedicherà al materiale di questo
grande artista...
